Payment
Simon Fellah Shop accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express .
The amount is deducted only when the order is placed.
It is not possible for Simon Fellah Shop to charge a higher amount than the one you have approved.
All prices on the website include danish 25% VAT.
All prices are stated in Euro and DKK and do not include shipping.
If your order is placed outside EU you may have to pay additional TAX and duties in the country of destination. Simon Fellah Shop is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by Customs or the carrier.
Simon Fellah Shop does not sell to minors under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.
Simon Fellah Shop uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Simon Fellah Shop's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
Simon Fellah Shop will ship your order as soon as possible, however please note that all prints are printed on demand, approved and signed by Simon Fellah and in some cases can take 6-10 business days before shipping is possible.
We ship worldwide, but if you are purchasing from outside Europe a shipping option might not be available for your country yet. Please contact info@simonfellahshop.com and we will set it up. We strive to answer emails within 24 hours.
If you regret your purchase
Simon Fellah Shop offers a 14 days full refund on items purchased on the website. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself. Items cannot be returned by cash-on-delivery system, without delivery, or to a package pickup facility.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on info@simonfellahshop.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the condition of the product and the right of cancellation becomes null and void if you break the seal.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to material defects or a manufacturing defect.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Simon Fellah Shop in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly.
Simon Fellah Shop does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

Please attach photos as documentation and a copy of your invoice. Simon Fellah Shop will contact you once we have evaluated your case.
Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
